Active player in local communities

Every year, Vesuvius employees at the Champaign, IL location, USA, put on a food drive for the local “Food For Families” programme. This is a Champaign area programme designed to stock local food pantries in outlying communities that supply food to families in need.

In Cleveland, USA, a collect of funds is organised annually in order to support the United Way campaign. More than 125 community partner agencies receive funds from United Way. They offer comprehensive health and human care programs to over 400,000 people in the Greater Cleveland area each year.
