The prime objective of this initiative consists of developing technical training in order to prevent the loss of competencies and contribute to sharing technical knowledge. It also helps us to differentiate Vesuvius from the competition, developing a strong corporate culture and attracting and retaining talents.
The modules are designed along our four main business lines, through a structured comprehensive curriculum for our customer facing employees. The training portfolio is executed by our own internal experts and facilitated by them during Group training events.
