Top Management Training

Boost! was designed in partnership with one of the most influential business schools in the world, INSEAD. The aim of the program was threefold:
» form a group of Top Leaders for Vesuvius with shared vision and attitudes and a global mindset,
» provide them with the tools to implement and operationalize technical expertise and turn it into profitable solutions,
» create a real network between top leaders.

The two-week program was delivered in Fontainebleau (France) and covers a variety  of topics such as Finance, Operations, Innovation, Intercultural Management, Marketing and Strategy. It also focused on people management best practices and it included a very intensive 360° feedback session.
