Continuous Temperature Measurement

ACCUMETRIX^® is an industrial temperature measurement system. It reads the steel bath temperature in real time at a fixed location inside the tundish.

Three systems are available:

• The conventional ACCUMETRIX^® system composed of an inner long lasting high accuracy thermocouple type B and a graphitised alumina protection tube.
• The ACCUROD^TM system, a special designed stopper-rod in which a thermocouple type B sensor is mounted.
• The ACCUCONE is a continuous temperature measurement system that is embedded through the lining or holding vessel, and provides real time molten metal temperature monitoring of the bath at a fixed and repeatable location.
