Tube Changers

VESUVIUS has the longest experience in stopper controlled Tube Changers. The in-mold hot tube change without cast interruption and tundish lift is the simplest, fastest and cheapest way to achieve long sequence casting.

VESUVIUS offers three sizes (SEM2065, SEM2085 and SEM2100) and three different tube changers options:

• hydraulic SEM 2085 HP
• pneumatic SEM 2085 PP
• manual SEM2085 HM

VESUVIUS can also supply the customer with a combined adaptation of a system equipped with a "chop gate": the tundish system is used for the cut of the submerged pouring shroud.
