ROTO-GUN
Automated refractory application to provide Blast Furnace stack reprofiling, inclusive of high-pressure water descaling. Roto-Gun is equipped to accomodate either gun mix or shotcrete repairs. A proven system with a 10-year track record of success throughout the world.
PRESSURE INJECTION GROUTING
VESUVIUS offers a wide range of injection grout products. Examples include carbon (conductive) grouts for taphole and cooling plate applications; silicon carbide fortified grouts for bosh and lower stack applications; high-alumina/low-iron products for mid and upper stack applications. Multiple binder systems are available to best suit application requirements.
