VESUVIUS can supply complete precast, pre-fired, drop in linings or precast segments such as bottoms, lip rings, nozzles, pocket blocks and impact pads. These are engineered in both shape and composition.
HOT FACE INSULATION:
The use of magnesite and zircon based hot face insulation materials is a key to the "Total Ladle Technology" program. These products provide thermal efficiency, metal cleanliness, lining life extension, reduced labor and improved ladle availability.
