ZYAROCK® Lift-out and lehr rolls have a minimal reaction with tin or tin oxides, and reduce sulphate build-up.
The unique properties of this material at operating temperatures facilitate the use of ZYAROCK® rolls with reduced diameters compared to the traditional rollers. It still keeps its unique geometric stability with no deformation.
VESUVIUS has the capability to produce rolls over 7 meters (23 feet) of length in its new plant specifically engineered for production of very large rolls.
