This patented end cap has the advantages of a resin bonded end cap and the added safety of a keyed locking system. This system has operated in cyclic temperatures to 350°C (660°F). The keyed locking system ensures that the end cap remains affixed to the roller and prevents the end cap from slipping if the silicon bond is lost due to over heating.
