Basivibe Series Dryvibe Mixes
Basivibe is a dry granular vibration mix installed using a heated form. VESUVIUS supplies a wide range of dry vibration mixes. All mixes are in the density range of 130 to 135 lbs/cu ft (59 to 60 kg/cu ft).
The product is also offered in a range of MgO content and designed for Hot Practice or Cold Practice tundishes:
- Dry, fine grained MgO aggregates, resin for low temp curing and binder
- Installed dry against a steel form
- Form is heated to 500°F (260°C) to set product.
