ZYAROCK^® Sleeves are used in continuous heat treatment lines. The most common applications are Silicon Steel Treatment Lines and Galvanizing Lines.

The ceramic, ZYAROCK^®, sleeve is placed over a steel mandrel. The sleeve is held in place by steel end-caps.

The rolls can be made so that the sleeve is driven with the mandrel by placing steel pins through the end-cap and into the sleeve or the sleeve can rotate freely on the mandrel.

ZYAROCK^® sleeves can prevent oxides from sticking to the steel strip, thus reducing punch- mark issues.
