Project Columbus is a graduate intake programme which was launched in 2010. The aim of the programme is to ensure we maintain a pipeline of technical experts and managers. Due to its success, a group of graduate engineers are recruited each year and, following on-boarding in their home country, are given an international assignment for a period of nine months. Upon successful completion of the assignment, they will be offered further employment within Vesuvius, which could be outside of their home country.
We are looking for Graduates or Early Career Professionals who demonstrate the qualities, capabilities and willingness to become our future Technical Experts or Business Leaders. To succeed, you will be highly motivated, self-driven with an international mind-set. You will embrace change, ambiguity and will be able to develop broader insights.
